despite Trump, I still believe our global culture moving from monolithic to polylithic

Older WASPs haven't got enough smarts to save this world from its overarching environmental, social and climate crisis --- not on their own.

They need to welcome ideas and criticism from all - from women, other religions, other ethnicities, other nations, other generations : for only with help from all, is there hope for all.
But now instead, thanks to Donald Trump, they alone have won control of all three levels of America's national government, along with the Supreme Court and the majority of state level offices.

But these older WASPs will still fail to carry out their lofty promises, at least to the level expected by their voters --- and so scapegoats will have to be found.

For these older WASPs are always victors or victims, never losers.

They will soon claim they were unable to keep their promises because they were 'stabbed in the back' by America's internal traitors (its ethnic minorities - Jews, Blacks and Hispanics) doing the bidding of America's foreign enemies.

Too old to change, too stubborn to repent, only death will gradually remove them from our midst.

But go they will, change there will be.

So I continue to believe....
